Join us for an exquisite dining experience at the top of the hill with magnificent views of the Catskill Mountains, Hudson Valley, and our vineyards and apple orchards below.
The Estate & Distillery
We look forward to welcoming you to our Distillery Open House! We will be opening the distillery to visitors from 2 pm-5 pm on Saturdays & Sundays this fall. There is no fee and reservations are not required.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of the founders who will explain our regenerative agricultural practices, the distillation on our Charentais alembic and Mueller pot stills, and the maturation of our brandy in barrel. Tastes of our White and Sweet Red Vermouths and '00' Unaged Apple Brandy are available.
Bottles are available for purchase.
A full bar and snacks are available in our adjoining restaurant. If you wish to join us in the restaurant for lunch (12pm-3pm) or dinner (5pm-9pm), reservations are recommended though we save room for walk-ins at the bar and in our lounge.
