Private dining and events at Klocke Estate are an extension of the restaurant’s seasonal menu and extensive beverage program that expresses our passion for Brandy.
No matter the occasion, we have spaces, menus, and event packages tailored precisely to your needs.
The Salon
The Salon is located on the second floor of Klocke Estate and features a private bar and kitchen, expansive views of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains, as well as an aerial view of our distillery.
The Salon is the perfect location for an intimate seated dining experience or standing cocktail reception.

The North Side
The North Side is a reserved area located off the bar in the restaurant at Klocke Estate. This is the perfect setting to gather with friends or colleagues for a more casual standing cocktail reception.

The South Side Dining Room
The South Side Dining Room features floor to ceiling windows, offering breathtaking vistas of orchards, vineyards, and the Catskill Mountains.
Capacity - 24 seated, 30 standing
Semi-Private
Klocke Estate Buyout
Klocke Estate’s restaurant and bar are available for a limited amount of full buyouts annually, which includes the entirety of the restaurant, bar, and patio.
The second-floor Salon and additional outdoor space may be available for an additional fee. Tenting is required for use of outdoor spaces.
Indoor Capacity: 60 seated, 100 standing
Outdoor Capacity: 100+ with rentals
Private
Packages & Menus
Klocke Estate offers a wide array of menu and package options to ensure a perfect fit for your event. Packages include family-style and stationed lunch and dinner packages, cocktail reception stations, open bar packages, and build-your-own beverage packages for smaller groups.
We also offer experience enhancements such as distillery tours and tastings, place cards and floral arrangements from local artisans, and signature takeaway bags of our vermouths and bottled cocktails. Please inquire for additional details.
